       2013 Ford Transit Connect No Start. Not sure if its a wiring issue or PCM. How does turning the parameter on/off thru the scanner work. Does it provide ground for the starter motor relay? When i turn the parameter on the van starts up with no problem, But if I dont i get starter motor relay enable but the starter motor control output does not change when the key is in the start position. Any insight would be appreciated.

    Check if your clutch pedal switch is working, or when its a automatic check if it in p or
    n , also check if there is voltage on the relay in the fuse box.
