Hi, ESL or ezs is mostly a mechanical problem of the ignition switch ,or a defective key
for this you need the Mercedes start diagnostic scanner used by the dealer,after they
discover the fault the complete module have to be changed for a new one.only when
one key is defect you can use the spare key when it works.
