Since Subaru does not offer tech support to non dealers I am posting here in hopes to get any advice.
We have a MS 919 scanner with the Maxiflash vcmi. When we connect the device to our laptop containing the Maxiflash VCMI unit, the Subaru software can't see the VCMI pass through (or for that matter our other scanner) what is missing? Has anyone ran into this? Any suggestions?
