How update Maxsys data on Advanced EV Diagnostics?

     Hi,

    I am reaching out because of errors in Advanced EV Diagnostics.

    I can't update data on Autel Maxsys. Internet connect is good via wifi.

    Error 747 is presented on the screen. what reason? And how can I patch this error?
