      having issues updating device (TS408) keeps spinning the wheel and no way of seeing where the update is upto. and hasn't updated at all

    Hi, use the USB cable to connect your ts408 to the computer,than select ,,my device,,
    on the tool, press yes,than select update. Also you can see Google on how to update
    the ts408.
