     If I use any location outside the US, the phone app tells me it doesnt support my region. I have made complaint a million times to support but they fail to resolve my issue. I regret buying Autel AP2500E

    Initially, when I paired the device I used US as my location and it worked fine. Afterwards, I changed my location to Nigeria where I am based and since then I get the error code, location not supported. I wish I didnt change it.

    Hi, the ap2500e is developed for USA,Asian and European market(regions) only, you
    could read this in the given product information.it is for only one brand(you can
    choose) only, for other brands you must pay a amount to get (us dollars 22)
