I am trying to program my first Universal Key but I cannot get our 2019 Jetta to cooperate. It say s the guided option is not available, it won't clone from the original key, when I try to get IMMO data it won't read it or back it up - sometimes it just says it can't communicate and occasionally it says it will be up to a 30 minute delay before it logs in and then finally will error out. I have tried it with BT and with the cable to the OBD device as well as with the car "on" and also running and still no joy. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Sam
