my scanner wont read the vin on a ford mustang

    Hello I'm am running into a problem where the scanner is not reading the vin. Online it says contact you and send a screenshot of the files. Please help me thanks.

    Hi, you did not mention the year of the ford, on older cars the auto vin is not supported
    ,you must bring it in manually.
