    Hi, maybe the scan program was not supported before 2007 .

     Toyota can be scanned after 1996 as all US cars do, by law. What do you mean? Actually, sooner than that, but I will assume OBDII, which is where we have been since 1996 (1994-1996 phase in)

    Hi, did you also try another scanner to rule out that yours is not OK, also cars not ment
    for us market started eobd. In 2002 so your car should not give this trouble, I suspect
    your scanner is not OK.
