Didnt use my KM100 for a month , when i booted it up it said i need to go online for verification and updates , went online and after that it froze , i restarted it and it said i must login to my account , after logging in it said serial number not recognized , i checked serial number listed on device rear and one in menu and they differ totally , i prevoiusly linked the device to my account and it was working fine , now it asks me to link device to my account and i tried this with new number it says Autel_test in serial number and pin 123456 , and prompts serial number not recognised ?
