     Can you turn off seatbelt warning chime (sound) and change from Fahrenheit to Celsius on a 2006 Subaru Outback with Autel 906 Pro?

    Hi you can disable that manually sit I the car start your vehicle connect your seatbelt
    and disconnect belt 20 times within30 seconds after this turn of the car start it again
    and the seatbelt warning will turn off.what the change in Fahrenheit to celcius ,this is
    not possible us cars gets Fahrenheit ,European gets celcius.
