     99 Ford Ranger GEM/ABS/PCM

    No module will show a change of state when depressing brake pedal.
    Brake switch is good.  Other scanners will read it just fine.

    Anyone else with similar?

    Of course a 50 dollar scanner will read it but the 500+ dollar scanner will not.

    Hi, it could be that this ford is just to old for your scanner ,your scanner will work fine
    as of 2002 eobd. You need a older scanner for this car.
