can't scan toyota proace 2018 Maxisys908

    tried scanning toyota proace. won't decode vin, will not talk to any modules. any suggestions, known issues?

    Hi, are you sure that the obd connector was good connected? And is it possible to try
    another device to check if yours is not working good.

    tried with generic elm odb connector and free software managed to read and clear
    fault code. still won't read from autel.

    Hi, does your autel do other cars beside your car? If not your device is not good .
