    Hi every body,
I changed the Intake Manifold Throttel Body of a Jeep Patriot 2008 2.0lt  CRD, in 2015 but the ETC light staid on to this date. The engine runs perfectly well and the advance is superb. How can I encode it or adapt it or do re-learning
to the ECU with my MaxiSys906BT to learn the new part has been installed so the light will stop coming up on the instrument panel? —is the MS906BT capable of doing this type of adaptation/coding?—

The vehicle is equipped with a VW BKD TDI engine with Unit Injectors for the European  Market and has a Pierburg
Throttle Body.    Any help will be very much appreciated,     thanks,   Patric.

Hi, to reset the etc light do this, insert key in ignition and turn it on,do not start, wait for
all warning lights to turn off, only engine light stays on,push down gas pedal to the
floor slowly ,slowly release the pedal , after this turn off ignition. Start the car and
check if everything works normal again. Check for ecm codes.
