    Hi, download the maxi PC suite from autel.com and install it on your windows based
    PC. Than run the maxi PC suite.,enter your autel I'd and password and than wait for
    the update window to display., select than the product type and serial number ,click OK
    to continue. For further information see you tube instruction video.

     I don’t have a windows PC. I downloaded the Mac version for my Mac computer does it not work?

    Hi, you need to have windows on your PC, it runs on windows.
