    Hi, this could be more tan one reason, check connections on car and device, try
    another device if that works ,if that also not works check battery voltage on the car. If
    the second device works yours failed and is the cause.

     me too idk whats goin on im trying to figure this out myself ... this just started happening to everyone if anyone finds a solution please post it .. btw what pad you using ? 508? 608? or km100
