Renault Gateway not unlocking but using my token Megane etech

     I have a Renault Megane E-Tech and I have purchased a unlock token to unlock the Gateway but when I go to unlock the Gateway it keeps saying failed but still uses my token. Created a log and spoke to Autel and they say it has unlocked but it has not. I took a vide of it the 3rd time I did it and it does not unlock

     Sorry should have stated I am using a Autel MK808Z
