Why isn't my Autel MK808s not showing most of the brands it supports

I just got my brand new Autel MK808s, I updated everything through the Update app, and the brands ain't showing neither the auto vin is working on my cars...
It is only showing 35 brands. -

Hi ,your mk808s should have 57 different brands worldwide. Europe, USA ,Asia.
Probably no Chinese brands, depends from what country it is bought.
