     I'm a retired auto tech. I purchased your Autel Maxisys MS919 a few years ago #V19GNM1V01011 used it while employed. Since retirement I did not purchase the updates but I have paid my 50.00 AutoAuth registration. My problem is I can not get past the FCA gateway. I don't know if this is an Autel issue or AutoAuth issue. Maybe you can help. Thanks

    Hi, all scanners and not just autels scanners are denying access through sgw unless
    scanner is updated and current.

    Hi, when not updated ( both must be active) you can not access the secure gateway, so
    update to the latest
