Any support for the MD808 Pro?

Bought an MD808 pro a couple of years ago. Went to use it on my 2020 Jeep with a trans indicator. Device sees it as a 1990 Chrysler with no functions available. Looking for the support software and it’s listed under Mexico. I installed it and says there’s no updates, looking at the installed components it appears to be Latin/South America, Europe and Asia dated 2023.Is the MD808 not a supported device?Does it not support US? -

Hi, try the vin manually, 10 th digit is L , also in 1990, but for your jeep you need to have
a device with autoauth prescription and a 12+8 cable because of sgw since 2016. Or if
you do not have this the only way at the moment is visit a dealer or
garage/servicestation who have these things.
