    Hey Guys,
       Just wanting to verify a couple things.
    1. Just bought the MS909CV edition, it will come with the up-to-date software correct?
    2. There is no yearly subscription to these, correct?  Im not wanting to pay something yearly for my fleet if my company is not going to buy newer vehicles.
