Unable to change Language on my Maxicom 808BT Pro?

    I own an Autel MaxiCOM MK808BT Pro diagnostic tool (2024) and would like to change the language in the setting from English to French. However, when I attempt to do so, the following message appears:

    "Current language is not authorized, please contact dealer for authorization."

    Could you please advise on the procedure to enable the French language?

    Hi, like your device allready advised you, contact a official autel dealer to become the
    authorisation of a language change, only a dealer can do this for you and it will cost a
    amount of money, after this is done you can send a message with s/n of your device to
    auteldirect@outlook and ask for a language change.
