I have created my first key using my new Autel KM100E. The key was for a 2012 Smart Fortwo (451), the key was programmed successfully and starts the car. The key also unlocks the car and boot as expected. 

However the problem is that when you press the lock button the car makes a noise but doesn't actually lock the vehicle. It was also originally flashing the indicator lights when locking and unlocking the car. However now it only flashes when unlocking the car. Please advise how to resolve this issue as the problem is occurring with both the new and original key. Note the original key was working fine before adding the new key and as this is my personal car I know it was all working fine prior to adding a new key. I have also reached out to Autel support but thought I would check out the community too.
