hi. i have al619 divice and it is not comunicating with my mercedes c w205 version 205.204 11/2016

     hello everybody i have a problem with my mercedes w205 11/2016 i was about to cancel an airbag error . but i have faced the problem with my device , after connect it with vehicle i've choose my model and the ast step when its shoul open srs menu ,pop up a description that device doesnt communicate whith the vehicle
    how could i fix it=?

    Hi, the al619 is not capable of dosing specific diagnostics ,only basic obd2
    functions,you need a more specialized scanner for the Mercedes.
