     Will Autel include the feature to the KM100 to "unlock" or "virginize" USED Kia smart key (FCC ID SY5MQ4FGE05) so it can be programmed to a new vehicle?

    Hi, probably not possible,because kia keys are permanently linked to the first vehicle
    they are programmed to.
