Hi, try restarting the tool check your WiFi connection an do a re-update and after this

Hi.I restarted the programme several times, but the result was the same. I noticed that the 32 GB memory card did not finish downloading the backup. There was not enough space, so I tried downloading it to a 64 GB flash drive. It downloaded completely. I ran the updates and everything worked. Could it be a coincidence?
