     I have just received this scanner and the latest model year vehicle is 2017 I need the access to later years. How can this be done. The support from this company is deplorabel

    Hi, this is done because car factory's started with sgw to protect access to their
    modules. Your handheld device is not sufficient therefore and you need a more
    expensive device who can.
