    My im508 won't show any voltage when plugged in to car , tried new cable and tool is fully updated has anyone had this thanks

    Hi, check the car's fuses, check voltage on pin 16 on obd, check the car's battery, some
    newer cars you must turn on ignition. If everything is OK check your im508.and return
    it for repair.
