My update issues were tied to file name conflicts. Appears that someone else had the same community name as mine. The issue caused file name and serial number conflicts on my PC. Solution was to change my community name on the Autel website and update file name on my PC. Also adjusted serial number file name to match the serial number of my MD802.
Autel tech support finished the process. They guided me through the format and update process (insert SD card in PC and use PC to format card). Once formatted, Autel Update icon triggered update process.
