reset oil light on 2008 citreon relay

Hi,
this is my first post, so first off hello.
I have recently purchased an Autel DS708 diagnostics machine and im trying to reset the oil service light on a Citroen Relay 2008 Tipper Van. I have updated the DS708 and now have the option to reset the oil service light but when I select this option, DS708 says no communication but I can read error codes etc with no problems so it can communicate.
I have made sure that the vehicles battery is charged etc
Any help would be appreciated.

This can be done though the instrument cluster get in to drivers seat close the door put foot on brake, press in mileage reset button in dash switch on ing (not start engine) about 30 seconds should start to count backwards from 10 when you get to 0 press mileage reset button twice switch ing of take out key, then start the car, hope this helps
