In case the dealer is really not available, you can mail to tech support:

The Owner of the Shop shows them that the language of the scan tool can be changed to their native tongue...oops I forgot how the rest of it goes :-)

Hi, I'm new user, I want to change language to Russian ,I visited local dealer to change
the charge me 200dollar , shoud I pay for it or is it free?

I just purchased Al619 via Amazon.
Im going to use my device in Costa Rica, so can you help me enabling Spanish version to it?
I also need the Software, because i dont have CD room in my laptop, can you send me please the digital version of it?
Im already subscribed to your webpage and you can check that i already registred my device there.

Your AL619 is in English language, no need to change. And PC Suit in the CD can be downloaded from our website directly: sign in www.autel.com, go to PC Suit, you will find it.
