Maxisys Pro 908 is not recognizing asian cars

Hi, I just recently purchased a maxisys pro 908 and it is not recognizing asian cars, like nissan, toyota, honda.... yesterday I had 2004 toyota and today I had 2013 toyota hilux, earlier this week I had nissan altima 2012. Am I doing something wrong or what? Most of the american newer vehicle are easy to recognize but newer asian model from 2004 forward is not recognizing. Please help! -

Hello.What are the VIN numbers of 2013 Toyota Hilus and 2012 Nissan Altima?Please give us the testing path about what you select on the Maxisys Pro. -

Hi,
Autel is looking into this issue as we speak. I have had the same issues for a long time
and they wrote and said their engineers are looking at it its something to do with the
VCI firmware download and its got nothing with your tool or something your doing
wrong. Thank you -

I have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT vin number 2D4GP44L15R481625 that will
not auto detect the vin number.
I have to go manually to up to 2003 Chrysler to get any data from the pcm
