After more than 13 update 'my maxisys pro have lost all the cars logo in the diagnostic,the diagnostic app not working

It could be do to a change in language try changing languages to see if car makes will
show again. sometimes this tools comes with an specific language which is not the
native one and after an update the language setting changes to something else I have
seen it before good luck.
