    Just got maxisys908 need to know how I hook it up to flash and reprogram a pcm

     Only Ford and Mercedes can be flashed thru the Scan Tool other makes require you to use a laptop you will need a subscription from the manufacturer of what it is to flash as well.  If it is not Ford or Mercedes you would use that Manufacturers software to flash.
