Working on a 2006 Mercedes ML500 and found no communication with all module except engine module. I was sure it was ok before the latest Mercedes update since I had this car in here back in December and I can communicate with all module. Try it with a 2013 Hyundai and it only communicate with ABS, airbag module. The other module will not communicate including PCM. Had latest update on the VCI. How do I check if this is a software or hardware problem. My subscription expire couple days ago and I can't update software to check if it work. Anyone can help how to solve this problem? Thanks

 So I finally got tech support to call me back and the only thing they tell me is to resubscribe my software. I haven't done it yet, I probably will so I don't have a $4000 useless tool sitting here. My question is do I need to delete my OS before update? I was looking around the forum and found out there is a new OS software after my subscription expire. Also can someone teach me how to back up on SD card if this does work just in case this happen again next time my subscription expire next time.
