Hello supportI purchased my maxisys pro direct from china and i live in the uk thinking this would do the jobs it says like programming but since you have down graded the device this has just become a normal maxisys so way are you charging £914:17. I would like to pay the uk price of £595 as this machine is no longer a pro and just a scanner.Thank you Mike -

Hello, which function you found is downgrading? The programming function(for benz and BMW) is always available for maxisyspro users. -

Hello SupportThank you for your reply what i would like to know is there a difference in the software. I bought my maxisys pro form china so that makes it the USA region i believe, I live in the UK and my year of update have run out so can i update from the Autel UK. Hi Support then can i update with UK software which is not pro version, because i already asked Autel UK and they said no i have to update from USA website is this true.Thank you. -

Yes UK Autel Office is right you can Update your tool from UK but, they will NOT provide you with a Programming Option Updates as Autel UK don't sale MaxisysPro with a Pass Thru interface as UK Autel Office still be lives that the MaxisysPro is still NOT Fully Capable for Programming Options for Euro Cars yet.............
Therefore you are better of buying your updates from Autel China...........
