     I had the same problem with Nissan E25 some time back but am using Maxidas DS708 and I had to to do it through EOBD interface but I was not satisfied.

    Hello. 

    May I know the Nissan software version on your DS708? 
    Please give us the VIN, year and model of your Nissan vehicle. 

    If possible, please use the Nissan software and EOBD software to do the test on the Nissan vehicle again to retrieve the datalog, and then send the datalog to us.
    And please give us some more description about the issue.  

    Then our senior engineer will further check it for you.

     I have the same problem honda accord 2012 can't be supported by this device,can't do anything with dpf,
    I'm very dissapointed,thought that updated could help but unfortunately nothing is available at the moment,once
    again waste of money,shame,not recommended
