     Hallo Andi, ich habe das Autel MD702 von einem Deutschen Händler gekauft. leider funktioniert da kein Update. Zuerst zeigt er eins an, dann fragt er nach der karte im PC und dann sagt er "sorry, kein Update verfügbar". ?Was kann ich da tun?

     Hallo Andreas!
    Ich habe mir einen weiteren Autel gekauft. Habe einen AL519 benutzt und jetzt einen MaxiDiag Elite gekauft. Es soll ein MD702 sein!
    Gibt es eine deutsche Anleitung? Weiter als der Startbildschirm bin ich noch nicht gekommen.
    Muss ich ein Update machen?
    Kannst du mir einige Infos geben?

    How would it be, if you would give a helpfull answer?
    Only go to this link and write a mail doesn't help!

    The link doesn't work, the mail isn't answered after 10 days.

    What is the big mysterium about the language? Its a free feature at allmost everything you can buy! Didn't Autel know that?

     No German manual, but have German software for MD702.

     Which mail address you sent the mail? We check support@autel.com mailbox every business day, and generally will reply in 24 hours. Maybe the mail hasn't reached us successfully. Please try to mail again, or u can mail me directly support01@autel.com

     Hello,
    I have the same problem's like the other members here. Cannot switch the language of my device to German.

    I send you an email to support@auteltech.com and support.eu@autel.com at the 4th of February.

    Until now no answer.

    Can you tell how long I have to wait for an answer and a solution?
