I didn't mean to write it bold , I copy and pasted the item description from ebay not knowing it will be bold. I contacted tech support and did a remote assistance test and the decision was to contact the seller to see if your company can warranty cause the are not sure where the scanner came from. I thought when I registered my product with the serial number it gets verified is an usa product. I got on ebay from an us authorized dealer and now seems like nobody wants to take care of it.I guess I should it return it the first week. I already email the seller to see what can it be done cause only had a 14 days warranty return from the dealer. I received the scanner on 2/23/14.Th seller is from LA California.Thank you anyway for your suggestions.
