Problem upgrading my MD802

     as you said problem started at no 6-9 after 5 should have updated on this site to autel pc suite v6.13 would have enabled you to put full email in and solved problem hope other new users can read this thread and not fall into the same problem. very good read up glenn

      Cheers gary, in hindsight i should have disregarded the setup file from the supplied disc to begin with and directly downloaded the md802 V6.13 from the pro.auteltech.com website, but i was following instruction from the manual. I would advise any new buyers not to use the setup file from the supplied disc and once they have registered their product onto the pro.auteltech.com website to use the appropriate upgrade download from there. Please learn from my mistake and you will save yourself a lot of grief.
    P.S. Upgrade onto a new 8 - 16 gig SD card (thanks to gary for this info). On the new card make a new folder called "scan" and copy the authorization code from your original SD card into this folder.
