Hi there

I bought a MD702 in August last year as I am a member of the smart car club and I own 5 smart cars.

I bought this product as it advertises turning off  AIRBAG lights

I has 2 smarts with airbag lights on and cannot get then off

When I try to turn the lights off it indicates "Data Error"

I  phoned up the help line and they were of very little help: I was told update when there are new updates

There is a possibility that my SD card has a fault but was offered NO advice on how to remedy it

I am DISSAPOINTED with the answers I received as this machine does NOT do as advertised

I have been trying to update my memory card but my computer tells me to format the card before I can use it -

No joy there!!

I want help with this problem as at the moment I am not recommending your equipment to anybody who wants to purchase a code reader

Any help would be appreciated
