Looks like this may be a common problem as I too have a MD802 that I purchased but it supposedly registered to someone else.
I talked to the tool dealer I bought it from and they were supposed to have it fixed, but looking at the s/n on the website it's registered to some diesel repair shop??????
I'll give Autel a little more time to resolve the issue and then it's going back.
I hate to have a problem like this for my first post, but I can't seen to get anywhere with this
