I bought an autel md802 less than a year ago, I have tried to get in contact with technical support with no luck, 2 hours on hold is a little much so i resort to here. One day my scanner works great, the next day, i plug it into a chevy pickup and it comes up with a blue screen saying no secreted chip or Software unauthoried. I cannot update or register the scanner to update it because I cannot get the serial number or "register password" from the unit. So i am stuck in the water. My distributor told me they cannot warranty it and I must go through autel... so any technical support would be extremely helpful.
