Been in contact with my dealer who says he will fix it, but nothing happends.

thank you so much , but its new problem now , menu is on swedish but only 2 icons , when i try to update sd card , its take very long time and files is not save on card or somethings , after than all file is downloaded and install , if I push on install tools button in pc suite this felt is blank , i have try about 4 sd cards , is it possible some file is lost , when i put back card in md 802 i see only setup icon for unit and playback icon , obd , epb , oil reset and scan is lost ? i dont knew what i do next :( -

With all respect, I only ask because I don´t understand and I don´t want to "mess up" my upgrade.
Why do You use a new SD-card ?
Does upgrade includes a format procedure?
Does the problem appear also on the old SD-card?Same question to steken410Kind regards/Peter -

I tried to change sd card because it seemed that no files were saved.But there is certainly nothing wrong on the card, only update missing files or something -

thanks for good service ,I have only 3 maps on sd card if it can be to help"fonts""res"and "scan"
