Dear Autel support
I have the same registration problem where I purchased Autel MD elite 802 with s/n MD8316002627 but when i try to register it says product doesnt exist, I have already emailed support@auteltech.com about 2 weeks ago but havent heard anything yet from them, I'm a bit frustrated as I'm not getting the value of my money.
please assist urgently, With my email i atttached screen shots of the product details.
