MD802 Elite Won't read SRS codes on a W204 Merc 250

     Hi I bought the MD802 to reset an annoying SRS intermittent fault in a 2011 w204 merc 250 and the fault does not show when test run. The system shows a data error if trying to connect to SRS.
    sys firmware v 1.01
    software v4.50
    This is of no use to me if it will not reset an SRS fault or anything else for that matter as doesn't show me any more information than very much cheaper stuff!

     Hi, if you can enter SRS ECU to read codes then the system should be supported by MD802. Is it possible for you to get the error codes with another tool? If yes, please advise us the error codes in SRS, VIN code, chassis number and engine type of this car and we will check soon what caused codes reading failure. Thank you so much in advance!
