     Hi All,

    I have the MD701. recently I got the blue screen error that states "no secteted chip or software authorized"

    1) what causes this
    2) I cant seem to update I get an server error and to check network connection???

    any help would be great

    Hi, did you download the latest PC Suite V6.33 to update this tool? If not, please go to Autel website to update the PC Suite software first then download update to check the result. If there is still problem, please write to support@autel.com for help. Thanks!
