     Hi, according to our server, we can see that Spanish is activated to your MD802. Please format SD card and re-load all the software.

     I ran an update and the system came back in english, i want it in spanish here is the S/N DS033Q012117 Ill give you the authorization. and if there is any process that i have to follow please let me know. im new with your products

     something else is that i had it connected to the power and it seen there is something wrong with the battery, because if i dont have it connected to the power will not turn on.

    i dont know if thie device come without battery or if is malfuntional.
