Hi, it seems that you were having issue on registering MD802. Please email to support@autel.com with its serial number and screenshots when registering on website.
Hi, you need to register the S/N of the MD802 on your account first then you can download update to the SD card. I have checked here and there is no mail from your mail bobbycharlie@att.net to support@autel.com. Please check and resend the mail. Thanks!
I have tried this procedure and when I do, system says...."PRODUCT HAS BEEN REGISTER" Early today I got a message from customer service in which I was told that my ID is register under someone else. I was advice to log in with that ID, but how can I, don't know their password
