I have noticed quite a few posts regarding language change requests, I thought this thread would be easier for support to track and for users to use.
It seems like this is such a frequent thing that a thread should be created specifically for it.
If you need your device language change authorised leave your language, device and serial number details in this thread for support to come through and approve them.
ALSO this from Support FAQ:
As we have signed exclusive agreement with local
distributors, for any language change requests, please contact your
local dealer or original dealer.
In case the dealer is really not available, you can mail to tech support:
North America: support@autel.us;
Europe: support@autel.eu;
Other Area: support@autel.com.
